HONOLULU—The Hawaii State Teachers Association, which represents 13,000 members, endorsed former Sen. Gary Hooser of Kauai for lieutenant governor.
The teachers union announced its endorsement of former U.S. Rep. Neil Abercrombie for Hawaii governor on Monday.
